PCT Solid Drilled Thermowell

Solid drilled Thermowells or solid drilled pockets for temperature installations from Premier Control Technologies are all manufactured to order.
Thermowells can be made from a variety of materials and offered with many types of standard process connections in lengths to suit your application.

Our range of solid drilled thermowells and pockets are machined from bar stock, are easy to install and eliminate the need for down time on your process when sensors require replacement.

A solid drilled pocket or thermowell typically has a male threaded connection with ½”, ¾” or 1” BSP and NPT process connection as well as flanged and hygienic process connections.

The stem length and diameter can be made to your specification. A pocket would commonly feature a female instrument connection to accept your temperature instrument weather this be a RTD (Pt100’s) probe, thermocouple, dial thermometer or bimetallic gauge.

Solid drilled thermowells can also be offered with a tapered profile or reduced tip for improved response time.
