The QBLDC20 series from Fluid Metering Inc is a rugged BLDC motor powered pump that has been engineered for use in laboratory and industrial applications. It can provide a maximum flow rate of 25.6 ml/min (model dependent) and can infinitely adjust the flow rate between that and the minimum flow specification.

UL and CE have approved the pump, and it is also RoHS compliant with an IP rating of IP20. The pump has a maximum speed of 20rpm and requires an input power supply of 115 VAC @ 0.5A @ 60 Hz.

The patented CeramPump design features only one moving part inside the fluid path and a valveless piston which reduces the wear inside the pump.

Flow rate

For the smallest flow rate models the range is 0.06 – 1 ml / min offering a minimum and maximum dispense resolution of 0.003 and 0.05 ml/rev respectively.

Larger flow models offer a flow range of 1.28 – 25.6 ml/min with a minimum and maximum dispense resolution of 0.064 through to 1.28 ml/rev. Various models exist between these limits, contact us today to discuss your specific dispensing requirements

Materials

A multi-position tilt stand comes fitted with the device to ensure counter or wall mounting. The wetted materials inside the fluid path are ceramic and fluorocarbon.

Temperature and pressure

Environmental temperature during use of the drive should be between –20 and 85°C and operating pressure should not exceed 100psig (7.0 bar).
