FMI QBLDC250 Series Direct Current Pump

The QBLDC250 series of direct current pump from Fluid Metering Ins has a rugged BLDC motor that has a set speed of 250rpm.

Flow rate

It has a maximum flow rate of 320 ml/min and minimum of 0.75 ml/min dependent on the pump head selected whilst having the ability to produce flow in either direction. For a longer lasting pump life the motor is fan cooled and thermally protected.

Temperature and Pressure

To prevent damage to the pump, it should be operated in an environment where the temperature is between –20 and 85°C and the pressure does not exceed 7 bar (pump head model dependent). Pump head models allow fluid temperatures up to 177°C.

Materials and certifications

The standard wetted materials that are available are ceramic and fluorocarbon. Inside the fluid path there is one moving part due to the CeramPump valveless piston design which leads to reduces wear. Pump heads can be easily removed for cleaning or to change them to suit a different application. Additionally the QBLDC250 has been UL and CE approved with RoHS compliance and an IP rating of IP20.
