The QBLDC500 series of direct current pump is a ball bearing gear motor pump designed for use in industrial processes and laboratories.

Flow rate and Dispensing resolution

It is capable of flow rates ranging from 1.5 ml/min up to 640ml/min. Dependent on the pump head selected with the pump the minimum dispense resolution is 0.003 ml / min up to 1.28 ml / min.

Materials and Certifications

The motor inside the pump is a rugged BLDC motor that is fan cooled and thermally protected to provide a long service life.

Pump heads can be easily removed for maintenance or to swap for use in a range of applications. Within the fluid path, there is only one moving part thanks to the CeramPump patented design that features a valveless piston. Wetted materials inside the fluid path are ceramic and fluorocarbon. The QBLDC500 series from Fluid Metering Inc has been rated to IP20 ingress protection as well as being UL and CE approved.

Temperature and Pressure

The temperature in the environment around the pump should be between –20 and 85°C otherwise accuracy maybe be reduced and there could be damage to the pump. Damage to the pump can also be caused by exceeding the pressure limit of up to 7 bar (dependent on pump head model).
