FMI RHV Series Low Flow Variable Speed Pump

The RHV Series from Fluid Metering Inc is a low flow pump that allows for instant flow adjustment whilst it is running and for drift-free flow. There are no valves to clog or service within the device and the only moving part is the piston allowing for more reliable running. It can be controlled by the V300 controller to easily adjust flow rate.

Dispensing resolution

Dispensing resolution can range between a maximum of 0.025ml/rev and a minimum of 0.003ml/rev.

Flow rate

The flow rate ranges from 5.4 to 45ml/min dependant on model and a maximum pump speed of 1800rpm.

Pressure range

Pressure ranges are from -10 to +100psig (-0.7 to +6.9 bar) and a fluid operating temperature of 60°C when ordered with 316 SS / PVDF / Carbon wetted parts.

Materials

Models which feature Ceramic wetted materials with either PVDF or Tefzel sealing offer a maximum operating temperautre of 100°C
