The STF Micro Volume adjustable dispensing pump offers low flow and low dispensing volume at incredible accuracy and precision. Micro adjustments can be made through an adjustment tool that rotates an external bushing. Nine drive variations are available depending on what dispense volume is required with each model having a ±25µL adjustable displacement.
A compact design enables it to be used in a variety of industries including medical, analytical and biotech instrumentation. The minimum dispense volume per revolution ranges from 200-400µL depending on configuration.
Four pump head configurations allow for maximum compatibility to any application whether it be a high flow or low flow requirement. Minimum flow rate is 0.025mL/min with a maximum flow rate going up to 400 ml/min. The stepper motor itself is a NEMA size 17 frame (43mm) with a pressure rating of up to 100 psig (6.89 bar).
