The valveless piston pump design ensures no maintenance requirements over millions of cycles with ceramic internals offering excellent compatibility with abrasives, strong acids or bases.
Fluid Metering offer two types of metering pumps offering either a brushless DC motor or a single variable stepper motor. Available with either single or dual pump heads. Dual pump head models or duplex pumps are ideal for medical and life science applications where dispensing needs to go to multiple processes or a specific mix ratio is required.
Flow rates and dispense rates are highly variable from as little as 0.025 mL/min up to 400 mL/min with dispensing from 0.005-2.56 mL/rev.
