Description
The Duplex precision mixing pump is a dual head pump design connected to single variable stepper motor drive. Each pump head has an independently adjustable displacement and the range of pump heads can adjust the dispensing ratio from 1:1 up to 1:100. It is ideal for OEM medical and life science markets thanks to the highly customisable nature of the pump.
A multifunctional design leads to the duplex mixer being able to dispense for two separate processes, ratio mixing, or diluting. 23” stepper motors are used with a range of materials inside the pump fluid path for a variety of media. The variable speed motor is rated at 1000 RPM (dependent on fluidic setup) and features a rated current of 2.5A.
