Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) pump drive modules from Fluid Metering are available as either pneumatic, gear drive motor systems or AC/DC motor systems. They are available as either variable speed drive modules or as fixed speed modules with a range of fixed speeds available, up to 1800rpm.

Pump head compatibility

Pump drive modules can be used in conjunction with Fluid Metering’s own OEM pump heads.

Flow rates

Pump drive modules flow rates are fully adjustable from zero flow in either a positive or negative direction. They range depending on which pump you use, however one example is the SPD Series which offers flow ranges from as little as 5.4 up to 2304 ml / min and offering a minimum 0.0003 ml/revolution dispense up to a maximum of 1.28 ml/rev.

Cooling and mounting

Pump drives are fan-cooled and are thermally protected. They come supplied on multi-position tilt stands for either counter or wall mounting.
