FMI QBLDC Series Direct Current Pump

The QBLDC Series from Fluid Metering are pump drive modules that give a range of pump speeds from 5.5 up to 1550rpm. A thermally protected ball bearing gear motor drives the pumps and offers a long life-time. A multi-position tilt stand can mount the modules onto a counter or walls.

Inside the fluid path the only moving part is the ceramic piston leading to reduced wear. Ceramic, stainless steel and carbon are used to create an inert and corrosion resistant fluid path. Pump head modules can be swapped easily for changes in application.

Pump drives should be operated in an environmental temperature between –20 and 85°C. They are RoHS compliant and have been given CE approval as well as an IP rating of IP20.
