FMI Q2 Series Pump Head

The Q2 Series from Fluid Metering Inc are a series of high accuracy pump head modules that are designed with precision applications in mind. A range of materials are available including 316 Stainless steel, carbon, ceramic, zirconia, ETFE and PVDF. Changes in the series model reflect the construction of the piston, cylinder lining and the cylinder case, these are highlighted below.

A range of fluids can be passed through the device thanks to the corrosion resistant and inert fluid path inside. Depending on the head module, the maximum fluid temperature that can be used is 177°C. The module can be easily swapped between pump drive modules to suit a range of flows.

The maximum operating for the Q2 Series is 100psig (6.9 bar. Q2 series provides a maximum dispensing resolution of 0.72ml/rev and a minimum of 0.036ml/rev.
