Jordan Valve Mark 601 and Mark 602 Series High Flow Pressure Regulator

The Mark 601 and 602 are designed for pressure regulation applications that require higher flows but not using a larger valve.
Set point range
A wide set point range of between 20 and 160 psi (1.4 - 11 bar) allows for use in a variety of applications such as air, oil, gas and in food production.
Sliding gate seats help to prevent droop and reduce the wear that the gate seats experience in globe or plug designs. The straight through flow reduces turbulences on the seat which can reduce erosion and noise when operating.
Seat materials
Interchangeable seats help to ease maintenance of the regulator as well as the seats being self-cleaning. Seats are manufactured using Jorcote on SST and overlap during shut off to create an ANSI Class IV shut off.
Body and diaphragm materials
The body materials that are used are ductile iron, bronze, carbon steel and stainless steel. As standard the diaphragm is constructed using stainless steel, Jorlon, Buna-N with Viton being an option.
End connections
1-½" and 2" sizes are available with a range of end connection being threaded, ANSI flanges (150#,300#) and DIN flanges (PN10/16, PN25/40).
