- Lager diaphragm provides reduced offset at the setpoint
- Set point range from 0.07 bar to 12.4
- Sliding Gate design for minimal wear and turbulence during operation
The Mark 61 offers a larger diaphragm than the Mark 60 pressure reducing regulator which helps to reduce the offset needed for a setpoint allowing for improved accuracy. It is a self-operated design to regulate downstream pressure. The unique sliding gate seat design allows for minimal wear due to the straight through flow that reduces turbulence during operation.
Pressure range
Pressure set point can range from 1 to 180 psi (0.07 - 12.4 bar) and it can have a maximum differential pressure of 400 psi (27.6 bar). An ANSI Class IV shutoff is provided by the overlapping gate seats and it has also been ATEX certified.
Sizes
It is available from ¼" to ¾" (DN8 to DN20) with a range of materials to provide a solution to most applications.
Materials and connections
The body of the regulator can be formed from ductile iron, bronze, carbon steel or stainless steel as well as a diaphragm manufactured from Jorlon, stainless steel, Buna-N or Viton. Threaded end connections are available with the option of flanged, socket weld or butt weld.
