Flow, pressure, level and temperature solutions

8000 Series Fractional Flow Control Valve

  • Ideal for processes requiring full flow or fractional flow control
  • Can handle pressures up to 414 bar
  • Available in Alloy 20, Hastelloy C, Inconel, Monel and Stellite.

The 8000 series from LowFlow is a heavy-duty control valve which has been designed for process applications where full flow or fractional flow control is required.

8000 series is available in a wide range of body sizes and styles, the valve can be configured for two way or three way designs, for diverting or mixing service. This is achieved with either a globe or angle valve seat.

8000 series is also available with a bellow stem seal or an extended bonnet extension for cryogenic applications down to -218 °c.

The completely enclosed multi-spring actuator on the mark 8000 minimises dead band and is field reversible without the need of special tools or additional parts. Mark 8000 series accepts a wide variety of valve positioners as well as being available with electric motor actuation.

Mark 8000 series valve sub assembly is fully manufactured from heavy duty bar stock. When combined with the standard heavy-duty yoke and actuator the mark 8000 can handle pressures up to 414 bar.

Cv ranges and connections

Dependant on model offered the Cv range of the 8000 series is 0.05 – 17 which is available across DN15 – DN50 (1/2” – 2”) sizes.

End Connections include threaded (NPT, BSPT) raised-face flanges (ANSI, DIN, JIS) ting type joint flanges, socket weld or bolt-thru flanged.

Body material options

Standard bar stock body materials are stainless steel or carbon steel, series 8000 can also be manufactured from almost any exotic alloy including Alloy 20, Hastelloy C, Inconel, Monel and Stellite.

The wide range of exotic materials available makes the Mark 8000 series ideal for corrosive and or harsh applications.

Plastic bodies are also available on the Mark 8000 series including CPVC, Kynar or PVC.
