Steriflow Food and Beverage Sanitary Two Way Diaphragm Valve

The 2-way diaphragm valves from Steriflow Food and Beverage are available as either a compact valve or a standard valve.

Sizes

Compact valves are available in sizes ¼", 3/8" and ½" (DN8, DN10, DN15) while the standard valves range from ½" up to 4" (DN15- DN100). They can be either manual or pneumatically actuated.

Body and materials

Standard finishing on the wetted materials is ASME BPE SF1, 20 Ra µin (0.5 Ra µm) and ASME BPE SF5 20 Ra µin electropolish. An upgraded finish of ASME BPE SF4 15 Ra µin (0.4 µm) is available with better finishes available on request. The exterior is given a 63 Ra µin (1.6 µm) finish.

All forged 2-way valves have tri-clamp or weld end connections with no welding during manufacturing. Compact valves have tri-clamp and extended tube ends as standard with a range of optional connections including hose barb. Standard valves come with tri-clamp and extended tube ends.
