JSRLFLP series of pressure reducing valves are designed for low flow and low pressure biopharmaceutical and parenteral process gases. The high purity low flow pressure regulator has been designed for ASME BPE hygienic applications. If the application is stainless or single use disposable it can be used for blanketing, motive force, sparging, incubators, Lyophilizers or SUD inflation.
Valve bodies on the JSRLFLP are machined from ASTMA479 316L SST barstock with finishing to ASME BPESF5, 20Ra micro-inch, (0.5 Ra micrometer) electropolished as standard.
The pressure reducing valve diaphragm is from Richards own tried and tested PTFE Jorlon diaphragm with seals being available in Teflon, PEEK and EPDM which are all FDA approved, USP Class VI compliant materials. Materials of construction allow JSRLFLP to withstand autoclave processes.
JSRLFLP series is available with either a DN8, DN10 or DN15 (1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”) process connection with four Cv's from 0.01 to 0.2.
Process connections available are ASME BPE, DIN, ISO Tri-clamp, or tube weld end; NPT.
Various valve build options are available which include panel mounting, oxygen cleaning and certification, a ¼” FNPT pressure gauge port is also available.
Captured venting is optional should a process require means to vent downstream as well as a self-venting option should the pressure increase above the set-point.
If a more automated approach is required then the air augmented option allows the JSRLFLP pressure reducing valve to be controlled via an air source.
JSRLFLP is suitable for custom gas mixes as well as clean air, N2, CO2, O2 and Ar.
