The Mark 96 series from Steriflow is a manual sanitary pressure regulator for low to high flow requirements.

Body materials and finish

Wetted materials are machined from 316L bar stock, resulting in no wetted parts being made from castings. No guiding surfaces in the fluid minimises particulate generation.

The mark 96 is available with a Jorlon diaphragm which offers a lifetime warranty, other diaphragm materials are also available dependant on process.

A manual CIP pin allows the user to lock the regulator in full open position during rinse/CIP/rinse cycle

Typical applications and uses

The Mark 96 is available as either an inline valve or angle style. The pressure reducing valve has a bolted body for purified water, clean utilities and media in the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage and consumer health & beauty industries including:
