The 2-way Cast Body Valve by Steriflow food and beverage provides a lower cost option than the forged body alternatives if it can meet the customer requirements. It is a single valve manual on/off or air actuated flow control of food, health, and any other sanitary processes.

Diaphragm valves outperform other valve designs such as butterfly and ball valves as these valves can lead to wall hanging and blockages when used with certain media. Sizes range from 1½" up to 4" (DN40-DN100).

Manufactured from cast 316L stainless steel as standard the standard finish is as cast but this can be changed for an electropolish finish. Internally, the wetted materials can be finished to 32 Ra µin (0.81µm) electropolished.
