The JSRHULP series of pressure reducing valve is a high purity gas, ultra low pressure regulator specifically designed to be used for Bio-Pharma processes and gas applications.

Body materials and finish

JSRHULP series is manufactured from ASTMA 316L stainless steel bar stock with internal components are finished to ASME BPE SF5 20Ra μin (0.5 Ra μm), electropolished standard.

PTFE Jorlon diaphragm is fitted and EPDM seats and seals are all FDA approved, USP Class VI compliant materials. Valves ship will full certification and traceability.

The large Jorlon diaphragm allows for ultra low pressure control whilst offering a lifetime warranty.

CIP / SIP capability allows for installation in autoclave processes and the valve design featuring a minimised internal volume.

Available options and sizes

JSRHULP series is available in DN15, DN20 or DN25 sizes (1/2”, ¾” or 1”) with tri-clamp process connections.

The pressure reducing valve features a soft seat for reduced lockup as well as ANSI class VI shutoff.
