- Express delivery options available
- Designed following the ASME BPE guidelines to ensure a quality ball valve.
- Temperature ratings of between -57°C and 180°C.
- The body is manufactured using CF3M that is 1% ferrite.
The Steriflow Mark 9020 has been decided with the ASME BPE regulations in mind. It has an ASME BPE, Tri-clamp or extended tube weld end connections. Wetted materials are surface finished to 20Ra uin or can be optionally electro polished to 15Ra uin.
Pressure and temperature ranges
A high pressure rating of 1000psig means that it can be used in a range of applications including clean compressed gases and biopharmaceuticals. A wide temperature range from between -57°C and 180°C means that it can be used in clean steam applications.
Body materials
The body seal, seat, thrust washer and packing material all are TFM 1600 and are certified to meet FDA21 and CFR 177.
Cavity filler seats are available for non-BPE applications and other options include purge ports and a drain for condensate. An identical ID for the ball porting and inlet/outlet tubing avoids holdup within the valve.
